Bedrijven en ook overheidsinstanties moeten zorgen dat ze GDPR in orde zijn. Van uw bedrijf tot de website. Omdat de GDPR impact heeft op zowat iedere kmo, helpt gdprbegeleiding u graag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is er een wettelijk kader rond gegevensbescherming?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedere onderneming verzameld wel persoonsgegevens. De gegevens bijvoorbeeld op je websiteformulier , e-mailmarketing , ticketsysteem en noem maar op. Om de gegevens goed te beschermen legt Europa verplichtingen op aan bedrijven die gegevens verzamelen en verwerken en geeft het rechten aan natuurlijke personen die hun persoonsgegevens met deze bedrijven delen. Daarom moeten de KMO&#8217;S controle hebben over hoe en aan wie hun gegevens evrstrekt wordt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is de GDPR NODIG voor mijn bedrijf?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De GDPR ofwel AVG is een offici\u00eble Europese wetgeving die van toepassing is op alle organisaties die gegevens van Europese burgers verzamelen en verwerken. Ook indien je een \u00e9\u00e9nmanszaak of vereniging hebt dus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat valt er onder persoonsgegevens?<br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle informatie waarmee een natuurlijke persoon ge\u00efdentificeerd kan worden. Hieronder vallen onder andere namen, adressen, telefoonnummers, e-mailadressen, foto\u2019s, klantennummers, IP-adressen, maar ook genetische en biologische gegevens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat als mijn onderneming niet GDPR compliant is?<br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je riskeert boetes en sacnties die oplopen tot 20 miljoen euro of 4% van je omzet. Er zullen controles worden uitgevoerd op iedere onderneming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat houdt de GDPR in?<br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Veel vvan de GDPR kan je terugvinden in de\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dpoassociates.eu\/dpo-gezocht\/\" target=\"_blank\">Belgische Privacywet<\/a>.<br>Deze punten zijn z\u00e9\u00e9r belangrijk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Transparantie <\/li><li>Verantwoording<\/li><li>Dataportabiliteit<\/li><li>Privacy by design<\/li><li>Databeveiliging<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er bestaat helaas geen standaard stappenplan of checklist die je kan afvinken waarbij je zeker bent dat je gegevensverwerking in overeenstemming met de nieuwe regelgeving is.
