href=\"https:\/\/dpoassociates.eu\/mag-je-een-persoon-zomaar-filmen\/\">GDPR-wetgeving<\/a> op 25 mei 2018 van start is gegaan wordt er streng gecontroleerd!<\/p><h4>Wat als de betrokkene geen toestemming geeft?<\/h4><p>Dan mag je de persoon natuurlijk niet in beeld brengen.<\/p><p>Er worden zware boetes uitgeschreven als de betrokkene gefilmd wordt maar geen toestemming geeft of is gevraagd.<\/p><h4>Maar wat als de betrokkene wel toestemming geeft voor de verwerking van zijn\/haar persoonsgegevens?<\/h4><p>Dan is aan het vereiste van een van de legitieme verwerkingsgronden voldaan.<\/p><h4>Maar wanneer spreken wij van toestemming voor beeldmateriaal?<\/h4><h4>Er zijn 6 voorwaarden:<\/h4><ul><li>Specifiek<\/li><li>Het moet vrijwillig
