The GDPR or AVG stipulates that the use of cookies is only allowed if the visitor to your website has a clear view of complete information and has given consent to do so. This for each type of cookie separately.<\/p>\n

Only by a clear active action will consent have to be explicitly given under the GDPR. This must show that the data subject freely, specifically, informed and unambiguously consents to the processing of his\/her personal data.<\/p>\n

An opt-out option is not a valid way to obtain consent. An opt-in does suffice. Consequently, the cookie may not be set if the visitor to a website has not given explicit consent through an active action.<\/p>\n

The permission to use <\/strong><\/h3>\n

One must always be able to withdraw consent to the use of Cookies. Withdrawing consent should be possible in the same way as giving consent and should not simply refer to browser settings because this is not sufficient.<\/p>\n

Consent to the use of Cookies must be free and must not affect the data subject. Thus, even if the visitor does not consent to the use of Cookies, he or she must be able to use the website.<\/p>\n
