href=\"https:\/\/dpoassociates.eu\/mag-je-een-persoon-zomaar-filmen\/\">GDPR legislation<\/a> went into effect on May 25, 2018, there has been strict monitoring!<\/p>\n<h4>What if the data subject does not give consent?<\/h4>\n<p>Then, of course, you may not bring the person into the picture.<\/p>\n<p>Heavy fines are issued if the person is filmed but does not give or has not been asked permission.<\/p>\n<h4>But what if the data subject does consent to the processing of his\/her personal data?<\/h4>\n<p>Then the requirement of one of the legitimate processing grounds is
